Apatosaurus (Painting by Ely Kish)

Two Apatosaurus individulas cross a monsoonal rain pond in Colorado, which is lapping around tail vertebrae of a Camarasaurus. A lone Stegosaurus browses at the edge of an open cycad-conifer forest in the background. The Moon, much closer to Earth than now, lacks later, meteor-induced crater Tycho.
