After the death of his girlfriend Diane, Mark needs some time to recover from his loss. Although Amanda and his daughter Jodi try to comfort him, Mark drives off to whereabouts unknown.

In the meantime, CyberJack leaves the base in the Colorado Rockies to visit his friend Makoto Ogura in Gamorra City. 

Makoto takes Jack on a trip through a new cyber-teck laboratory which was built based on ideas that Jack had started to develop years ago. 

Events start to take a turn for the worse as Jack's old enemy Kaizen and a crew of villains show up to try and "convince" Jack to join them in selling the technology to enemy countries as super-weapons. 

Will CyberJack be "Convinced" to help Kaizen fulfill his evil plans, and who is this mysterious stranger that arrives at Mark's cabin to retrieve a package?
